Description :	GREEK OLIVES (Kalamata variety and Blonde Kynouria variety) Packed in brine, naturally ripened, neither oxidized nor artificially blackened. Brine of Kalamata variety: water, salt, vinegar - without preservatives Brine of Blonde Kynouria variety: water, salt, vinegar, citric acid - without preservatives Packaging: a) tin cans especially designed for olives containing 5kg and 13kg net drained weight. b) PET transparent barrels of 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg, 7kg, 10kg net drained weight. c) plastic barrels red opaque (per alimenti, HDPE – High Density PolyEthylene) of 5kg and 13kg net drained weight. Two sides of 13kg tin can of Kalamata olives are in Greek, one side in English and the other one in Arabic language. All packages have more appropriate olive information in Greek and English. We can handle other packages or packages in bulk (e.g. 40kg drained weight red opaque plastic barrels, 150 – 155kg drained weight red opaque plastic barrels) and in any language upon agreement. Storage conditions: Keep in a cool and shadowy place always in brine. To be consumed best before end: 18 months since the packing date. These two above-mentioned olive tree varieties are carefully collected by hands and only the olives that are ripe enough, during a time period beginning at the mid of October till January. We sort out each batch of the new gathered olives by quality and in sizes, and then we put them in olive tanks and barrels with only water and salt, without any other artificial or chemical interference. Olives come to their natural proper edible taste and flavour after about 3 (three) months since they have been placed in tanks and barrels. After this time interval, they are ready for packing and consumption.
